Looking back over the years on the occasion of my 69th Birthday.

A short poignant Video Poem following a visit to my dying mum. Reflecting urban decay and social change. Set to my own arrangement for Oboe & Piccolo of a classic irish folk song,

Synaesthesia is a “union of the senses” whereby two or more of the five senses that are normally experienced separately, are involuntarily and automatically joined together.
It causes some musicians and composers to hear music as colours. – Soundtrack – My own orchestration of Jean Michel Jarre’s classic composition Magnetic Fields, arranged for full digital orchestra.

A short video poem set to my own arrangement for piano and orchestra of Jethro Tull’s song ‘Wondering’ Written for my lovely partner Dee who now lives in Australia.

Adapted and orchestrated for Digital Orchestra by myself, on the occasion of my 68th birthday.

I’ve just moved to my new flat overlooking Meanwood Valley  with it’s Urban Farm project. It really is beautiful, so much so, that I just had to video it. Stunning panoramic views, considering it is only three miles from the centre of the major city of Leeds, England. I’ve set it to my own orchestral arrangement of Bob Dylan’s classic song, “Knocking on heaven’s door.” Hope you like it.

Continuing my tribute to Jean Michel Jarre’s 40 years of his classic album “Oxygene”, a milestone in digital music. Following an inexplicable lapse into a Homer Simpson’s brain moment in my previous video. Here really is my arrangement of Oxygene IV, as a tribute to the great JMJ. I’ve also visualised it using Synthesia studio software and Vegas pro video studio.

It’s almost 40 years since JMJ released Oxygene, a landmark in digital music. This is my own adaptation of Equinox 5 set to video footage of an amazing live performance by JMJ in Spain.
